We arrived at the Higashiyama Park Hotel Shinfugetsu to find that the parking lot was full, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. The breakfast buffet was delicious, although it did get a bit chaotic during peak hours. The sink area could use some improvement in terms of layout, but overall, the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel also had a great arcade with a variety of games to enjoy. The location was convenient as it was close to the bus stop and within walking distance of attractions such as the public foot bath and Hagurosan Shrine.

We enjoyed the variety of games available in the arcade section and the comfortable bedding and pillows in the room. the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of food and drinks, especially the fresh fish sashimi.
The parking situation was inconvenient as we had to park down the road and the economy room felt old and in need of refurbishing. the bathroom was cold and had an unpleasant smell.

The buffet style meals were amazing, with a great selection of food and drinks on offer. The location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. The staff were kind and helpful, and the arcade and other family-friendly facilities made for a fun and enjoyable stay during the New Year period.
Parking could be a challenge, especially during peak periods, and the breakfast buffet could get crowded and disorganized. The gift shop's food options were limited and focused on junk food.
